Based within a 6000 hectare pristine reserve in South Africa, you’ll spend 10 days photographing a diverse range of amazing wildlife. You’ll photograph from four purpose build hides, designed by Bence Mate, repeat Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition winner. Purpose built hides include:

– 2 * reflection pools for kingfishers, birds of prey an abundance of small beautfully coloured birds. Each hide is located within a different habitat offering possibilities to photograph different species.

– A lagoon hide hide to photograph wetland species such as egrets, herons, mammals and other aquatic species.

– Overnight hide, situated at the edge of a watering hole, providing opportunities to photograph secretive nocturnal species.

– There is also the potential to use another hide (depending on carcass availability), set up to photograph a range of vultures species and other scavengers.

The trip is action packed and offers 18 activities, comprising of game drives and hides, including both daytime and overnight sessions in each of the hides.
